Virtual Customer Support Representative

Job Description: We are looking for experienced Virtual Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Virtual CSR, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Updating customer information in the system
  • Meeting daily call and productivity targets
  • Following up with customers as required
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

  • At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • High school diploma or college level

 

Working Conditions:

  • This is a remote work position, so you will be working from your home office
  • You will need a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • This is a full-time position, with a schedule of 40 hours per week
  • Willing to be scheduled at any time of the week
